2015-2016 NPLB Season

TCYHA Family,

Registration has not yet opened for NPLB and House Hockey, but will soon.  Don't worry, you haven't missed it!  We'll open by the end of August.

We will definitely be offering both the No Player Left Behind and House Hockey programs next season (2015-2016).  Details will be forthcoming over the summer, but we will definitely be offering both programs.  More information will be available on our website and via email blasts towards the end of the summer.

Enjoy Your Summer,
Twin City Youth Hockey

U6 & U8 Mite Registration Now Open

TCYHA Family,

We are pleased to announce that registration has opened for our 2015-2016 Mite programs.  We are once again offering U6 Mite and U8 Mite programs.  Please register early as space is limited.  If we hit our maximum number of players, we're asking that any interested player join the waitlist.  If enough players join the waitlist, we may be able to increase the size of the division.

U6 Mites in 2015-2016 will be a half-ice, local league program.  Practices will be once a week starting in November and twice a week from December to February, totaling about 32 practices.  Weekly, cross-ice games are planned between TCYHA and Groton for about 16 games including 6 or 7 in Fitchburg.

U8 Mites in 2015-2016 will be a half-ice, local league program plus full sheet games in the Westborough league.  Practices will be once a week starting in October and twice a week from December to February, totaling about 38 practices.  Weekly, cross-ice games are planned between TCYHA and Groton (about 16) plus full-sheet games in the Westborough league (10 games plus playoffs) starting part way through the season.

Please Register Online via our website.  $200 deposit is required at the time of registration.  Please let us know if you have any questions.

We will also be offering a separate shorter, U8 House Hockey program.  The House Hockey program will be a shorter program at a lower price point with less touches than our Mite program.  Stay tuned for more details on it.

Warm Regards,
Twin City Youth Hockey

New Members -- Import your schedule into Google Calendar
TCYHA Family,

Many of you already are doing so, but for those who have not yet, here is a video explaining how you can add your team's schedule directly into your Google Calendar so that it is available on your Android smart phone or computer.

New Members -- Accessing Schedules
TCYHA Family,

Welcome new members.  There have been many questions recently on accessing schedules for your team, particularly from new players in either No Player Left Behind, Learn to Skate, and House Hockey.  Accessing your schedule is easy.

To do so, use the Team menu above in the horizontal navigation menu.  From there, choose select Choose a Team, your division, and then your team.  For example, U11 No Player Left behind would be Team -> No Player Left Behind -> U11 NPLB.

You will also begin to receive email notifications approximately two days before each scheduled practice or game.  The email will let you know the date, time, and rink that you will be at.  For those that are new, there are two rinks at the Civic Center, Gaetz and Landry.  The Gaetz is the rink closest to the street.  Landry is next to the Gaetz and is separated by the parking lot.

Best Regards,
Twin City Youth Hockey
